'Any 2 for' or 'Any 3 for' promotions:
If you see any of our products advertised as 'Any 2 for $__', please note that this order option is not possible for online orders. If you wish to purchase 2 different products in one of these promotions, please add 2 of one of the products to your cart, then tell us in the comments section what the other product is that you would like sent. We will then have the 2 correct products amended to your order. This is only applicable for promotions stated 'ANY 2 or 3 for'. If a promotion states '2 for' or 3 for' you must purchase two or three of the same product to receive the special price.
Pricing advertised on our website applies to Web orders only. If Big Barrel runs a national promotion through newspaper prints, CRM mailers, Radio, or any other social media channels then those prices are applicable to Big Barrel Online as well as all our stores. Such promotions are strictly run within advertised time frames. We will honor all advertised prices with the validity date of the promotion except in case there is a clerical error or technical error and in such cases, we are under no obligation to honor such incorrect prices. if the advertisement is Everyday Shelf price and instore pricing may vary store to store.
Click & Collect Orders:
Pricing for orders that are paid at the time order is placed for collection will be honored with the advertised price of the day. If an order is not paid then click & collect order price will be reviewed to the day order is collected from the store.
Product and packing Guarantees.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or simply find the product is not to your taste, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account. If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you receive faulty product we will replace it for you or credit your account.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within 24hrs of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of the date that you notified us of your intention to return the product(s).
